Personal History
Roger Schiefler is a life-long Michigan resident and a graduate of the Business School of Western Michigan University. Roger and his wife Kathleen have been married for over 27 years and spend their time attending to an active family life in East Grand Rapids with their three children; Courtney, Sean and Colin, as well as son-in-law Gregory Gabridge and two adorable grandchildren, Mason and Riley. In his leisure time, Roger enjoys reading, gardening and skiing.
Career path
Roger previously spent over 30 years as owner, President and Chairman of a world-class Tier-1 automotive supplier, overseeing 500 employees in ten facilities. After selling his interests in this business in 2002, Roger launched a new career in real estate and finds the enthusiasm, energy and dedication of the Midwest Realty team to be a perfect complement.

Roger has a diverse background and a keen sense of the due diligence process pertaining to real estate acquisitions. He continually strives to develop business relationships that are focused on mutual principles of honesty, integrity, openness and trust, while ensuring that established client criteria and goals are achieved. His years of experience in the manufacturing realm have given him unique insight and proficiency in problem-solving, critical chain analysis and cost-cutting methods. Roger brings exceptional inter-relational skills and cultivates and atmosphere that provides positive enthusiasm, a passion for excellence and throughtful attention to detail in all relationships regarding the Midwest Realty Team and its affiliations.
