Dane Davis

Personal History

Dane L. Davis was born and raised in Portage, a suburb of Kalamazoo, Michigan. Dane graduated from Michigan State University in 1992 with a B.S. in Natural Resources and has taken several classes toward a Master's Degree in Hydrogeology.

Career path

Prior to becoming a member of Midwest Realty Group in 2000, Dane began his career as an environmental consultant, where he worked on the due-diligence pre-closing process of real estate transactions for seven years. During this time, Dane completed over 300 transactions involving commercial and industrial properties and was responsible for his employer's environmental auditing client-base expansion through an aggressive self-designed marketing program. Dane was also chosen to work as an industrial hygienist and safety engineer; monitoring air quality and hazardous work conditions following the Rouge Steel Ford Motor Company power-plant explosion in Detroit, Michigan. Midwest Realty Group promoted Dane to partner of the firm in 2002.

Business Concentration

Dane's career path change was spurred primarily by his considerable involvement with brownfield redevelopment initiatives, his interest in real estate investment, as well as his active working relationships with numerous real estate developers. Dane's efforts are focused primarily upon buyer and tenant representation and developing relationships with clients searching to fulfill their real estate needs.
