Ann Davis

Personal History

Ann was born and raised in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. She attended The Pennsylvania State University where she earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics in 1991. Ann went on to study at The Philadelphia Institute were she received her Certification of Paralegal Studies in Corporate Finance, Business and Real Estate Law.

Career path

Ann began her career in Washington, D.C. and Virginia as a corporate and real estate paralegal. Since relocating to Michigan in 1996, Ann worked in sales and fundraising for The University of Michigan and non-profit organizations. Her transition to commercial real estate was driven by her interest in transactional real estate and marketing. In 2003, Ann became Director of Creekside Business Center, where she handles office leasing and all business operations for this executive format business center.

Ann specializes in the marketing and leasing of office space and commercial property. Ann's primary focus is helping small business clients meet their real estate needs as they grow.
