| Colin's primary focus is maintaining the high quality of services offered by Midwest Realty Group's Property Management & Construction Divisions while ensuring their continued profitability. On a daily basis, Colin works directly with our clients (tenants) to create positive working relationships and he continually strives to guarantee the highest tenant retention possible. While also maintaining a real estate and contractor’s license, Colin is directly involved in many aspects of the day-to-day operations of the company. From tenant negotiations to space planning and construction, Colin constantly balances the best interests of the company and their clients…therefore providing a successful relationship for years to come. | |
