Midwest Realty Group is a boutique commercial real estate firm with a focus on helping our clients achieve their objectives. Our team of professionals analyze your specific situation and develop a unique plan to achieve your objectives. We do not market volume properties under a “one-size-fits-all” process. We approach each property engagement individually, understanding that a tailor-made solution produces results.
A Brief History
Midwest Realty Group was founded on January 1, 1998, by Rick DeKam, after ten years with Preferred Carlson Realtors, a commercial brokerage company. Rick’s goal was to focus on buyer and tenant representation, a segment of the market which he felt was vastly under-served.
Our Team
Midwest Realty Group is composed of several brokerage agents, a property management division including a complement of maintenance and construction personnel, full accounting and IT staff, and other support personnel. Rick DeKam, CCIM, MRG's principal, brings over 20 years of commercial real estate experience to the team.
Primary Areas of Operation
Midwest Realty Group routinely services the entire state of Michigan as well as northern Indiana, Ohio and Illinois. We also travel for client-specific assignments and would be happy to consult with you on any project, regardless of location.
